Rabbi Chaim Yitzchok Cohen started to direct the Beis Menachem, Beis Moshiach, Chabad Community Centres in 1994. Since then under his guidance and leadership, Beis Menachem have initiated and established a wide range of educational and social activities for all segments of the community. Their success in this field became renowned across the globe.

The secret of his success is the commitment to his mission; to prepare the world for the coming of Moshiach. He is one of the devoted Shluchim (emissaries) of the Lubavitcher Rebbe Melech HaMoshiach whose guidance and teachings are implemented in the daily lives of all who are associated with Beis Menachem.
 
The Rebbe MH"M has charged him and every Jew with the task of reaching and helping every single Jew come closer to G-d. Thus all the activities - from one on one private lessons to Menorah lightings, from Megilah readings for the elderly to donning Tefillin for countless Israelis who frequent the Centre on weekdays - are permeated with the same theme, anticipating the imminent arrival of Moshiach.
 
It is his fervent hope that the efforts will achieve the desired goal of making the entire world a place in which G-d can dwell, reaching the fulfilment of the purpose for which G-d had created it, with the coming of the Moshiach.
